Gold Fan 2 provides a managed e-commerce service designed to enable members to operate an online retail store hosted on a LiveFree-owned subdomain. The service is operationally managed by LiveFree for a fixed initial period.

Online Store Provision
• A dedicated online store hosted on a LiveFree-owned subdomain
(e.g. shop.livefree.co.uk/yourstore)
• Professional store setup including homepage, product pages, and checkout configuration
• Hosting, technical infrastructure, and platform maintenance provided by LiveFree
Products & Fulfilment
Members may select one of the following fulfilment models:
• Products purchased by LiveFree on the member’s behalf at commercially negotiated prices, or
• Products sourced and supplied through LiveFree’s logistics partners, or
• Dropshipping model with no inventory held by the member
Additional provisions:
• Product listing, pricing setup, and configuration handled by LiveFree
• Worldwide shipping arranged and coordinated by LiveFree
• Fulfilment timelines and availability may vary depending on suppliers and destination
Payments & Transactions
• Secure payment and checkout systems provided
• LiveFree facilitates:
• Payment collection
• Pay-in and payout processing
• Order processing and automated customer communications
LiveFree acts as a service provider and does not guarantee sales, revenue, or profitability.
Marketing & Advertising
• Marketing strategy developed by LiveFree
• Advertising campaigns created, managed, and optimised by LiveFree
• Advertising budget is separately funded by the member
• Performance outcomes are subject to market conditions and are not guaranteed
Support
• Ongoing operational and technical support provided during the management period

• The store is fully managed by LiveFree for eight (8) months from activation
Post-Management Options
• Continued store management is optional and subject to a monthly subscription
• Subscription fees start from USD $30 per month, depending on store size, activity, and operational requirements
• Commission fees may apply and will be disclosed separately
